"Preface: The 5 stars are for US Elite’s customer service, not the product. I ordered this bag for an upcoming deployment after doing a ton of online and in-person research. Unfortunately, due to holidays and bad timing, the manufacturer wasn’t going to be able to ship the bag to me in order to meet my deployment timeline. US Elite’s customer service was outstanding in handling the issue, and they were very responsive and tried to do everything they could to help. Though this order didn’t work out, and I ended up getting a refund, I will definitely look to US Elite for future orders. Highly recommend this company!"
