"Loose at the heal. Holds up good hiked up a rocky trail side of shoe scraped against rocks no rips regular gym shoes may have torn a hole on the side. Quick lace wearing too tight causes hot spots."
Comfortable and durable
"Super comfortable and durable. I’ve used them for administrative desk sitting, in the field tactical work, and grocery shopping runs. They work perfect in almost every environment ( not rain or snow). I almost bought a second pair till i realized my current ones weren’t fading at all… wish there were other colors I’d double up."

"Good shoe. Works well for many hours on patrol or if you want to knock off a quick 5. I have been wearing Solomons for well over a decade and always come back to this shoe as a perfect all rounder. Good durability and support. Im stocky and supinate. I get about a good six to eight months of abuse before they are replaced."
"I've had these for approximately 3 weeks when I started an LE academy. So far, they have been great. I've owned MULTIPLE Salomon products throughout the years from recreational and duty alike. They have always been exceptional. We'll have to see how much I can push these things."
