The upper is made from a combination of water-repellent, tear-resistant suede and abrasion-resistant, breathable CORDURA® material. The waterproof, highly breathable GORE-TEX Extended Comfort footwear laminate is ideal for use in moderate or relatively wet environments. The dual-layer PU midsole with a MONOWRAP® frame surrounds and supports the foot like an exoskeleton.

"Great fit. The support and comfort is there as well as the reliability of a great work shoe."
"Very similar to the Salomon counterparts. I bought these because it appears they no longer make the ones I loved. These are great too, just slightly more stiff. Otherwise can’t go wrong."

"I love the shoe, but I think I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange for a smaller size?"
"Good boot keeps me dry even in the snow"
"I’m honestly impressed with the built quality and the design of the shoes. Well protected all round. The only downside is the fitting. I normally wear a size 10.5, it’s fits perfectly from the toes all the way back until the ankles. The heel box runs a little wide and doesn’t hug the heels as well. On normal walks / hikes it just felt a little loose but if you start picking up the pace it feels like the heel is coming off the shoe. I end up getting a size 10 and it fits better for the heel but my toes gets a little squashed. If I wear it for too long my toes would start to hurt. Everything is great, just can’t find the perfect fit. What a waste."
