Mayflower APC Assault Plate Carrier
The Mayflower Assault Plate Carrier by Velocity Systems is a great all-around armor system. The APC can carry ESAPI/SAPI and Swimmer-cut armor plates. The cummerbund accommodates standard 6x6 inch side plates, or pouches that attach via hook and loop. The kangaroo pouch up front accepts 3 M4 mags, and the APC features standard PALS webbing for pouch customization. Using the included Swiftclip system, any of the Mayflower chestrigs or placards can be mounted for quick load out changes. If you've already got a favorite rig, just add standard ITW buckles to mount it on the APC.
All materials and workmanship are 100% made in the USA.
SIZING
The APC is available in two sizes; S/M and L/XL with three cumberbund options. The plate pockets are sized to accommodate stand alone or in-conjunction with BALCs/ESAPI or Swimmer cut plates.
- The S/M APC will fit small, medium and 10"x12" sized plates.
- The L/XL APC will fit large and extra-large plates.

Quality plate carrier
"This is a quality plate carrier, you get what you pay for here. Good quality fabric, stitching and design. I've worn this on training runs of a few miles for the last few months and it is as comfortable as running in a pc can be. The elastic in the cummerbund allows for enough flexibility to breathe without being sloppy and letting everything flop around. I ordered the MultiCam and it came with a few upgrades/modifications the product picture doesn't show: Mesh interior (I knew they made a variation w/ mesh interior but wasn't expecting it here) and the elastic bound shoulder straps as shown on the Ranger Green model and some of the shoulder pad close ups that weren't on the site when I ordered. I'm 5'10", 185 lbs, sort of athletic build. 35" around at the belly button, 43" at around at the chest. Running the small/medium carrier and medium cummerbund with medium sized plates. Tried it on the wife (5'8", 135 lbs) and it worked with the cummerbund overlapped. Lastly, I'd order from US Elite again, good communication on my order and fast shipping. Just have to be patient about when they get these in stock and use the "Email When Avaialble" option since things are a little crazy these days with manufacturing and supply lines."

"I want to fist give kudos to US Elite Gear for their super fast shipping. I placed my order on Sunday, and the PC was in my hands on Wednesday. The Velocity/Mayflower APC is an excellent PC and is very well made. It's lightweight and very comfortable. You can tell there was a lot of attention to detail when this PC was developed. The way this PC secures your plates in place is one of its best features. There's not way your plates will shift around once you lock them in. I also love the versatility of being able to add a chest rig via swift clips, and the generous kangaroo pouch that can hold 3 M4 mags. There is also another 2 small admin pockets at the top of the PC. I wear 34" jeans and the Medium cummerbund fits perfect with some additional room to spare. The cummerbund is also very well thought out with the ability to secure 6x6 plates, and the elastic on the inside that will hold an additional 3 M4 mags on each side. You can also add a tourniquet or any other items that will fit. I couldn't be happier with this purchase, and I am not sure how you couldn't like this PC."

"I own this carrier in Desert Digital and just ordered one in Multicam. It's tough and lightweight. It's like any other carrier with abundant molle. The clips get in the way if you use the kangaroo pouch and insert to hold mags but you can clip in any compatible chest rig. I don't like chest rigs on my carrier because it makes it harder to go prone effectively. The shoulder straps are comfortable even with terrible steel plates. With ceramic and/or polyethylene armor it's a dream. You can run comms up front with a long antenna tucked into the shoulder strap sleeve or you can run the antenna relocation kit on the back with the cable easily out of the way. You can run velocity systems mag inserts in the cumerbund as well or use side armor. Everything runs on velcro with this carrier, the plate securing straps, the cumberbund, the shoulder straps, the pockets. There is a lot of velcro on the front as well and debris gets snagged in it quite a bit. That's frankly the only really annoying thing about this carrier."
