Quality Price Value Got this one for momma and she loves it. The light weight waterproof outer shell is perfect for summer rain spells during hurricane season. The Insulate inner liner is perfect and comfortable for early morning dog walks. The two combined make for a great jacket for winter activities in the northwest. She has tried many of other products but this one she loves.
