Price Value Quality I recently tried the GI Nutrition 'Ideal Pump' right before a pre-wrokout/warm up run with my Rottweiler. I used 1 scoop and added it to some seltzer water to speed up delivery.....Immediately, I noticed a nice vaso-dilation effect as my skin was flushed and warm. On the run I felt very light on my feet and very aware of my surroundings. The movie "Limitless" came to mind! Mid-way through the 3 mile run my Rotty looks up at me as if to say "Seriously?!".....We were going at a very good clip and I, indeed, felt a bit superhuman. I ended up doing the 3 miler about 1min 30sec's faster than I normally would. My workout to follow was even more satisfying. Great product! - CMH

Value Quality Price If I do not take this before I work out, I definitely notice the difference. I have so much more energy and focus when I take this before a workout. I need the orange flavor though, not a fan of the fruit one.
