The MDUSA 5kg Aluminum Training bar features a 25mm diameter aluminum shaft with 50mm diameter steel collars that are bright zinc coated. A great bar for teaching olympic lifting technique at the most economical price. Bar is not meant for heavy lifts, do not exceed 120lbs with the bar. Bar length is 6ft and shaft length and knurling is similiar to a traditional olympic lifting bar.
