Browsing and Making a Purchase, A to Z!

Homepage

• The homepage is made up of a few sections that can help you get to where you need to be!
• The top bar has links to take you to different parts of the website, along with links to manage your account.
  • Home – click this tab to return to the homepage
  • Need Help? – this tab has a drop down menu with help information
  • Gov’t Sales – click here for information about US Elite Government Sales
  • At the top-right is quick access to your account actions
    • Language Flag icon – click the flag to select a different language (default=English)
    • There are links here to Log In, Log Out, and View My Account
    • The Shopping Cart area will show items currently in your cart, along with the current price total
    • You can click the Checkout button to go directly to checkout with your current cart
• The Navigation Bar is where you can quickly browse our entire store, by category, brand, and more!
  • You can click any Category Tab to see a list of sections drop down
  • Search Bar – type your keywords into this bar to do a quick search of our store (can be a product, a SKU, or anything else you can think of!)
• The Slideshow box and Featured Products section are a great way to see big news, sale info, and hot sellers
  • In the Slideshow box, you can click the number buttons to manually scroll through each slide, or click the || button to pause on a slide
  • In the Featured Products section, a list of product types is listed to help you narrow down the products to just what you are interested in
• The Footer includes links to every part of the website, including website and store information, help topics, ways to stay connected, and international links

Finding a Product

Once you have made your way into the online store, it is simple to narrow down the selection and find the products you are looking for!

• You can begin shopping by selecting a Category or by using the Search Bar
  • Once you are browsing the results, you will see a list of Filters on the left side of the page that can help you narrow your results. You can select multiple Filters at once, and clear them individually, giving you the ability to browse by color, gender, feature, and much more!

The Product Page

When you have found the product you are looking for, clicking on it will bring you to the Product Page. There are several options at your disposal:

• If the product has any options (size, color, etc.), you can make your selection and click Add to Cart to save the item in your Shopping Cart. From there, click Checkout at the top of the page to purchase the items in your cart.
• You can share the product on the page with your friends and family by using any of the available Social Media buttons. Post a tweet, Like a product through your Facebook profile, send it via email, and more, all in one click!
• You can also easily add any product to your Wish List by clicking Add to Wish List on this page
• Have some knowledge of the product? Write a review! The Reviews Tab on the product page allows you to submit a review and rate the product. This helps future shoppers with their purchases by sharing information and tips between customers!

Shopping Cart & Checkout

Your Shopping Cart makes it easy manage any products you are looking to purchase.  Here you can calculate your Shipping and Taxes, enter Coupon Codes, edit your items.

• To edit quantities or remove an item, you can use the links under each item to adjust.  When you’re finished, click Update Cart to refresh your total.
• If you have a coupon code you would like to redeem, you can enter it in the Coupons and Savings box and click Redeem to apply the coupon to your order
• When you are ready to make your purchase, click Checkout and enter your information to complete your order.  If you are shipping to an APO / FPO, click here for information on how to properly fill out your address.

Check My Size

We put sizing information in virtually every product requiring it. Please check the product you’re interested in for sizing information. If you don’t see sizing information please contact us at customerservice@us-elitegear.com.

Buy an Item I Don't See

We have over 100,000 SKU’s in our catalog, only a fraction of which are on our website. If you don’t see what you’re looking for please email us at getitforme@us-elitegear.com.

Personalize a Product

We offer personalizations for various products, from prescription eyewear to custom etching on your Benchmade to embroidery on your apparel. If you don’t see the option on your product, please email us at customerservice@us-elitegear.com to let us know what kind of personalization you’d like. Commemorate a school graduation, a unit, or just something you want to rock n’ roll!

Using Your Wish List

Your Wish List is a great way for you to keep track of the things you want! On any product page in the online store, you can click ‘Add to Wish List’ to store that item in your list. You can then click on My Account, then Wish List, or click See My Wish List on the homepage to view the items that you’ve saved! Tip: Use your Wish List as a quick way to ‘bookmark’ items that you want to view later!

If you are looking to purchase a gift card for yourself or someone else, you can do so here . You can select a cash amount to give, and specify and email address of who to send it to. You can then purchase the gift card just like any other product in our store.

Tracking an Order

So you've found some gear you love, ordered it, and now you're wondering, "Where the heck is my stuff?" Well, we have you covered.
There are two ways to track your order:

1. Check your e-mail! When your order was shipped, you recieved a confirmation e-mail. Take another look, the tracking number is included as a link. Click on it and voila! Package tracked!
2. If you're a registered customer, you're in luck. Simply login to your account and view your orders. Tracking numbers are listed there as well.
Don't forget to send us a picture of your adventures once the gear arrives!

Calculate Shipping & Taxes

Once you have items in your cart, and you are on the Shopping Cart page, you can calculate the cost of Shipping & Taxes based on your location. To do this, enter your information in the fields provided, and click submit to get an estimate.

Redeeming Coupon Codes

If you have a coupon code you would like to redeem, you can enter it in the Coupons and Savings box and click Redeem to apply the coupon to your order
