Quality Price Value I've had my Jetboil Personal Cook System (PCS) since 2005 and it has been with me halfway around the world. With the addition of the 1.5 liter pot, you can make more than enough ramen or oatmeal for yourself. In my experience, this item would be ideal for cold weather ops when you need to make water from snow for a fireteam/ squad-size group. The Jetboil PCS is a great item for 1-2 people, & this takes it to the next level. Combined with rations cold weather or other freeze-dried grub, the entire team can eat as a group, saving time and fuel. The stove part of the PCS, along with fuel can, the pot & stove stabilizers fit inside, along with extra room for bags of food, coffee, or whatever. This makes it smaller & lighter ( & quieter) than what the Marines use (MSR XGK EX stove with MSR Blacklight pot set). I write this with the operator in mind... it's of course great for hippy camping, too.
