Our Signature Bar is extremely versatile providing multiple hand positions for pull ups, chin ups and varying width training regimens. It is an ideal training bar for beginners and skilled athletes alike. Made from extra heavy gauge steel, this is a serious gym quality bar; indestructible and ideal for anyone who wants a bar that will last forever. The bar extends 22" from the wall making it suitable for strict or kipping pull ups. This bar comes standard finished in raw, blackened steel for a rugged, authentic look and maximum performance. Optional metallized and painted finish for OUTDOOR installation under even the most extreme weather conditions. Bar is 1-1/4" diameter steel pipe, providing a comfortable grip for athletes of all skill levels. Mounting Hardware is included for installation on walls with wood studs set at standard 16" intervals, with mounting holes centered at 48". For installation into masonry and other surfaces, it is recommended that you seek a local professional or hardware store.
