Not sure about your size?

Equally comfortable as a heavyweight base layer, or as a lightweight midlayer under armour and kit, the Naga hoody is a warm, breathable friction-free layer. Used for most of the year as an essential part of everyday service, the hood fits under helmets or tucks without bulk behind the neck. Sleeves shed weather and resist snags and abrasion, making it possible to shift from under gear to outerwear when necessary.

Weight:  341 g / 12 oz

Sizing Note

  • The Naga Hoodie is designed as a baselayer, and customers should   typically get one size bigger than they usually wear. For example, if they wear a Large in the Arc'teryx LEAF Alpha Jacket, they would get the Naga Hoodie in X-Large.

Going to be used a lot in the MN winter!!! Review by David

I love the fit and feel of this hoodie!! It has great moisture wicking capabilities. I'm 6'4" 210 lb. with a muscly build. I bought the xl and it fits me perfect. just enough looseness but still close fitting to wear as a base layer. in other words its tight but not skin tight. I like how the collar zips up separate from the hood. and I like the thumb loops. I bought the naga hoodie to wear in conjunction with my atom LT and a goretex outer shell. This MN winter is going to be toasty!!!

Got my Naga hoody and couldn't be happier. It is expensive but you get what you pay for especially with Arc'teryx. For sizing comparison I am 6'5" 215 and the XL fits just about perfect. Highly Recommend this Naga hoody.

Another shirt that looks like only for men. Its not true. Women don´t like cold weather and freez easier than men. This shirt is very soft on skin as a baselayer or midlayer and fits on the body great. Perfect not only for military maniacs or soldiers, its also great for skiing or hiking.

Real love of my life in wearing Review by Marek

I have to agree with others. I bough two of these shirts. You can wear it anytime, its perfect as baselayer or midlayer. You can wear it under jacket, under armour or on oneś own. Never make a mistake with this. One of the best qualitty of Naga? I droped some glass of water on inner side of Naga when it lies on the table. I only pushed on the wet places and in couple seconds it was dry and the wet was visible only on outer side. Inner side was completely dry. Best fit and feel when you wear it, no words for it, just perfect. The real love in wearing staff.

Worth every penny Review by Evan

A great piece of snivel gear from Arcteryx. Fits just right, and the hood isn't cumbersome when wearing a plate carrier. Breathes well, but I wouldn't wear this in moderately cool temp(50deg +) if active, you'll hear up quick. This definitely needs a windshell outer jacket, but is perfect for stand alone around the camp fire.

i stumbled upon this hoodie in a local tac store and was skeptical because of the price. curiousity got the best of me and I had to see what a $200 hoodie felt like. I was instantly impressed/in love with the quality, the feel, and the fit. i didn't want to take it off! over the course of 2 months i kept coming back to it trying to convince myself i didn't want it. i actually lost that battle the first time i tried it on. I'm 5'7" and 160 lbs--a medium fit was just right. After looking around, U.S. Elite had the best price so i ordered one through them. looking forward to wearing one that's mine!

Great fit and quality Review by Anthony

I was initially worried about sizing when ordering the Naga as I am tall and slim, 6' 2" with a 34/35 sleeve length and 38" chest. I thought it may be too short in the sleeves if I got a medium, but it was perfect. It fits snug around the torso so body armor is no problem as well. Length is generous if you wish to tuck it in. All of the seams are top notch quality. It wicks away your sweat very well. You won't even realize you're sweating until you take it off. It's the warmest and lightest hoody I now own. You definitely get what you pay for. This is a must have for urban environments.

I have used the naga all this past winter. Truly a must have piece of gear. Useful in multiple temperature ranges. Can layer or use as stand alone. Not crazy expensive and worth the price. Unique design. Great materials, construction and stitching. Maybe one of the best pieces of kit made by arcteryx LEAF

Best Damn Hoodie Out There Review by Mike

Picked up my Arcteryx Naga in Wolf last fall. First impression was holy crap, this material feels awesome. The PolarTec Power Stretch material keeps you just the right temp, while not weighing you down. It is an athletic cut and is slightly longer in the back. The fit is amazing and the fabric really moves with you, as already stated you should get a size larger because it is quite snug. I found myself not just wearing the Naga everyday, but also to ranges for training. Arcteryx as always has me impressed.
*Pro tip- wash in cold water and only dry in low heat or you'll get a little bit of an odd smell.

best hoody i've used Review by dan

I have the naga in croc and it's an amazing piece of kit with good breathability yet keeps you warm in cold weather. It's athletic cut so if you want a less form fitting feel it's suggested to go a size larger for room. Yes it's expensive but it's Arc gear so you know it's bomber.

Great hoodie for the coming months. Review by Jameson

The Materials used are of excellent quality. I like the form fitting cut, not to loose or snug so layering is comfortable. The four way stretch helps with reaching and other movements. The length is long for tucking in but not too long to leave out. The hood is very low profile, it looks kind of funny. Overall it's a great hood for cool weather that is breathes well. Another great product by Arc'teryx.

Best damn hoody on the market Review by Marc

This hoody is a pretty penny. But when put to the test in many different scenarios rain sleet snow and etc. this optimum high performance hoody is truly low profile extremely warm and comfortable. It fits very snug so if you are planning on getting one size up you will need that extra room. But overall i couldnt be more happy with another amazing product by arc'teryx.

The Go-to Midlayer Review by Jon
Quality
Price

This sleek looking hoody (although it is more of a pull over) is what I wear for cool dry days around town. The fit is trim but not as body hugging like a base layer shirt. I was happy to discover that I could still wear my Atom LT (of the same size) over it, for when the temperature drops. The fabric is very comfortable and light while providing good dexterity.

Now an Everday Wear! Review by Brian

I find myself reaching for this hoody very often. It works very well as a base/midlayer due to its breathabiltiy and slim fit and pairs very well with the Atom Lt. The sleeve material (Polartec Power Stretch )also provides some light protection against rain. My only small criticism would be the hood which is a bit undersized for my large noggin.
