MuscleDriver USA Speed Resistance Sleds help to improve acceleration with weight resisted sprints. Lightweight design makes sled great short burst training, or use while running hills to intensify an endurance workout. Adjustable shoulder harness attaches to 14' nylon lead, which attaches to each side of sled, providing a distance of 7'. Harness and lead come in custom carrying bag. Sled made of strong welded steel, with 2" diameter plate loading tube, 6" tall. Use on track or other outdoor surface. Color: Red. Sled dimensions: 19.5"L x 13.5" W x 7-1/2" H. Wt. 13 lbs.
