MuscleDriver USA Agility Dome Hurdles will help to add variety to foot-speed and agility drills. Hurdle height is 6", these hurdles can be set up in multiple configurations for forward, backward, and lateral training. Use in combination with a MuscleDriver Weight Vest or Shoulder Weight to intensify the workout and build more explosive strength. The pliable PVC cones have a wide 11-1/2" base and 2 height options for supporting the 30.5" crossbars. Set includes 2 cones and crossbar. Set weight 2.5lbs.
