This system was made for our military by the North Face company , a well known manufacturer of outdoor gear that is highly regarded as one of the best in the world.

There are probably not many of these around because they were only made as an experimental system used only one year. they are every bit as good as the current issue 4 piece used by our forces today.

The shell and lining is made from 100% nylon and the fill material is made from 100% polyester which is used in all of our new cold weather gear we use today. If you are looking for an affordable sleep system that is lightweight and compresses to a small package then this is it. the outside Gortex cover snaps on to the inner bag . The gore-tex cover has a 10 1/2 inch x 13 inch chest pocket that closes with velcro . The width at the shoulders is 28 inches tappering to 20 inches at the foot area and the length is 87 inches The complete system weighs 6 lbs. Mummy style. Just $89.00
