How to Enter:
Beginning at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 30 , 2012 until 5:00 p.m. ET on December 20, 2012 (the “Contest Period”), you may enter the BLUE FORCE GEAR “Have a Jolly 'MOLLE' Christmas” (the “Contest”) online by visiting US-EliteGear.com/spotlight-on and by making a purchase of a Blue Force Gear product. Each time a purchase is made, an entry will be made into the contest. One entry per purchase per person.

US Elite LLC is the provider of the Contest prize – one winner will be chosen. The winner will receive a Blue Force Gear SPLITminus Chest Rig and OD Green Vickers Sling.

How Winner will be Determined:
The Contest Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or near December 21, 2012, by US Elite, and will be contacted either in person, by email, or by overnight courier and phone on or about December 21, 2012. Administrator’s decisions with respect to the winners and other matters pertaining to the Contest shall be final and binding. If US Elite is unable to contact a potential prize winner, or if potential prize winner fails to comply with any of the requirements of the Contest Rules, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner shall be selected.

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

US Elite will request that the Winner provide their name, photos and/or videos showing the prize. US Elite will protect the identity of the Winner if requested. The Winner will agree to give US Elite permission to use photos/videos on all their web entities for promotional and marketing purposes.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Administrator’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest, US Elite reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or organization who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Contest, or to terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the Prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on US-EliteGear.com. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the Grand Prize Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Contest Winner.
