DOWN 650+ FILL
Goose down is the lightest, warmest and most compressible insulation available. Like all insulation layers, down provides warmth by trapping a layer of air that separates the wearer from the outside cold. The thicker the layer of trapped air, the better the insulation. This thickness is often called "loft”, and “fill power” is a measure of the loft of a down product related to its insulating value. Products with high fill power are lighter and more compressible, as a high fill power will provide more insulating ability for a given weight of down. 650 fill down is a terrifically warm, lightweight and compressible insulation ideal for use in cool to truly cold temperatures and in situations where pack space is at a minimum. - Reviews
