Why We Like It
This is a fantastic piece, Arc'teryx LEAF taking it to a new level. It's soft and very comfortable, with a moisture wicking fabric that somehow keeps you a little bit cooler when it's hot; and a little bit warmer when it's cold. Superb attention to fit so that you can put it comfortably under your armor; cut a little longer to tuck into your pants; and fits perfectly around your wrists with the stretch-woven cuffs. Also we love the pockets on the biceps for all that stuff that needs to be within close easy reach (not that we're endorsing the use of Copenhagen).
DescriptionNot sure about your size?
This lightweight combat shirt is made of two fabrics; stretch-woven, long-lasting Tweave 536e in the yoke and shoulders and heavier Cyberknit 571n in the torso to wick moisture. Quality Price Value I have one of these and am going to order another soon. What you're getting is a hell of a deal, especially with the new price drop for this year. Keeps you a little warmer when it's cold, and a little cooler when it's hot. If you don't have the cash to shell out, don't mark it down just because it looks overpriced... it's not. You get what you pay for.

- Great Jungle Wear Review by MaiThai

Value Quality Price I'm not usually a reviewing type but I wanted to make sure the Chimera gets a fair shake. In my opinion it's an excellent piece that's superb for what it's designed for, kicks ass in hot humid environments. I haven't seen any top that offers the same features. I personally have a preference for natural fibers however most folks like the synthetic better, fully protective (nasty insects etc.), very breathable, anti-microbial and can be worn under armor. Yeah it's kinda pricey but Arc'teryx quality is expensive. By the way, no reason to limit it to the jungle, I'd wear it in the desert too. Fit is not tight which I prefer in this type of piece. Anyway these guys (US-EliteGear) will pay for return shipping if you don't like it and they took care of me really well, so I'd say check it out and see if it suits you or not.
